Tug on the paper tabs on the back of the adhesive patch to split them up individually

Peel away any two of the adjacent paper tabs to expose the adhesive portion

Place the sticky adhesive onto your skin to align with the shape of the sensor.

Peel away the remaining two paper tabs and place the rest of the sticky adhesive on your skin firmly.
